MentalClays® Program

Terms and Conditions & Individual Use License Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or using the MentalClays Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Individual Use License

The MentalClays Program is sold exclusively for individual, personal use, unless otherwise authorized in writing by MentalClays.

Each purchase grants one (1) individual purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the program and its accompanying materials.

ONE PURCHASE = ONE INDIVIDUAL USER.

Purchasing the program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, instructional content, or training materials.

2. Prohibited Sharing and Distribution

The purchaser agrees NOT to:

  • Share login credentials or provide program access to another individual.

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, forward, publish, upload, or disseminate program videos, worksheets, downloadable materials, or other proprietary content.

  • Share the program with shooting clubs, gun clubs, shooting ranges, schools, universities, teams, associations, businesses, or other organizations.

  • Display, stream, or present program videos or instructional materials to groups.

  • Use program materials to conduct classes, clinics, workshops, seminars, coaching sessions, or team training.

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the program.

  • Upload program content to public websites, social media platforms, shared drives, or other distribution systems.

The purchase of an individual MentalClays Program does not authorize its use as a group, team, club, organizational, or commercial training resource.

3. Coaches, Clubs, Teams, and Organizations

Coaches, shooting instructors, team leaders, club administrators, and organizational representatives may purchase the MentalClays Program for their own individual education and personal use.

However, an individual purchase does not authorize the purchaser to teach, reproduce, distribute, present, or otherwise provide MentalClays proprietary materials to their students, athletes, members, employees, or clients.

Organizations interested in incorporating MentalClays training into their programs must obtain a separate written licensing agreement or authorization from MentalClays.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All MentalClays Program content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, training exercises, downloadable resources, graphics, logos, program structure, and original instructional materials, is owned by MentalClays or its respective licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No portion of the program may be reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, licensed, or used for unauthorized training purposes without prior written permission.

5. Account Access and License Violations

MentalClays reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the program if it reasonably determines that the purchaser has violated these Terms and Conditions.

Where appropriate, MentalClays may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a suspected violation.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use may result in additional legal remedies available under applicable law.

Termination of access does not eliminate any legal obligations arising from unauthorized use or distribution.

6. Educational Purpose and Results

The MentalClays Program provides educational instruction and mental-performance training intended to support shooting-sports participants.

The program does not guarantee specific shooting scores, competition placements, championships, or performance outcomes.

Individual results vary based on numerous factors, including participation, practice, skill development, and application of the training.

The program is not a substitute for individualized medical or mental health treatment.

7. Purchase, Access, and Refund Policy

The MentalClays Program is offered as a one-time purchase with access subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Lifetime access, where advertised, refers to access for the individual purchaser for the lifetime of the program's availability, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated at purchase. It does not convey ownership or redistribution rights.

Purchases are subject to the 14-day money-back guarantee as described in the refund policy provided at checkout.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the purchaser confirms that they:

  • Have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Understand that their purchase is licensed for one individual only.

  • Agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or provide the program to clubs, teams, organizations, or other individuals.

  • Understand that separate written authorization is required for organizational, instructional, or commercial use.
